I’m just like you – crazy busy, trying to maintain a little balance even when life seems to have other plans. I believe that busy, happy, and healthy can live together as one! As a Health Coach, I’ve studied all the major dietary theories and will help you discover what approach works best for you at this point in your life.
- While most dieticians dwell on calories, carbs, fats, proteins, restrictions, and lists of good and bad foods, I work with my clients to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun, and free of denial and discipline. (Seriously…I promise.)
- No one diet works for everyone. I’ll guide you to find the food and lifestyle choices that best support YOU. I’ll also help you to make gradual changes that enable you to reach your current and future health goals.

Lara Dalch holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Virginia. She is a Certified Pilates Instructor – with certifications from both Core Pilates NYC and Power Pilates – and received her training to practice health coaching via the State University of New York and the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
