Initial Consultation
In this 45-minute initial consultation, you’ll share a bit more about yourself and your goals for your life and health. Together, we’ll identify things that might be getting in the way of your reaching your goals. You’ll come away with a few recommendations to get you started towards feeling your best and you’ll have an opportunity to learn more about my health counseling programs. Consultation fee will be applied to the cost of a Customized Individual Health Counseling Program if you enroll within one week of consultation date.

Health Optimizing Session
In this 60-minute individual coaching session, we’ll dig into your current health situation, identify areas that you can tweak to feel better fast, and collaborate on ways to fit a few small changes into your life right away. You’ll receive a full set of notes, including your easy-to-implement recommendations for boosting your energy and optimizing your health, plus one 30-minute follow-up session to discuss any questions you have after a couple of weeks of trying out your recommendations.

Customized Individual Health Counseling Program
If you’re truly ready to make stuff happen for your health – with a laser focus on your unique health goals PLUS the support you need to make them happen – then this is the program for you. Together, we’ll find ways to raise your energy, restore balance in your life, give you greater insight into what makes YOU healthy, and create individual goals and a step-by-step plan to reach them by making positive changes that are easily integrated into your life. Lara Dalch holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Virginia. She is a Certified Pilates Instructor – with certifications from both Core Pilates NYC and Power Pilates – and received her training to practice health counseling via the State University of New York and the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
